Now, on the city tours, I would rank Condor Travel to be very reliable – at Cuzco, MP, Sacred Valley. They were punctual. However, I was not 100% comfortable with your agent in Puno. Perhaps it might not a fair comparison with Condor Travel. When we went on the Lake Titicaca tour, we were told by the driver that they will return to fetch us to return to the hotel. However, when we finished the tour, we have to share a minibus with a number of people dropping off at various hotels before we reeached ours. That’s was not an issue. The issue was that we were looking out for the driver who said that he would be fetching us back. We could have missed the transport.

I am also very happy that you took the initiative to change the program at Cuzco so that we could go to a Sunday market. This inadvertenly resulted in we having an opportunity to witness the Corpus Cristi festival in Cuzco when we returned from Machu Picchu. It was a rare chance.

I must also commend your colleague who provided the transfers at Lima. He was a fantastic guy. Good driver, good natured and put us at ease after a long flight.

So Susana, thank you for a memorable holidays in Peru. We will certainly recommend you to our friends here, as some of them (after hearing from us) want to go to Machu Picchu.
